Please note the following:
- This form is for inquiry purposes only.
- Our facilities are unavailable during these Holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Days, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. (please note: If the holiday falls on a weekend, it’s observed on the closest business day.)
- 501(c) (3) organizations have the space donated at no charge.
- The room you will be booked in is at the staff’s discretion and depends on the size of your event.
- If you want to book the terrace specifically, please indicate that in the additional comments portion of the form. (There are no bookings of the terrace for any of the Polk Street events.)
- The rooms may not be booked for any political events, speeches, or advertising.
- Events must be less than six months out from the time of the inquiry.
- Multiple events will require a completed form for each. (keeping in mind the 6-month requirement)
- Corporate event rates are below the form.
As the Amarillo Area Foundation continues to strengthen and improve our event and facility usage process, we are placing greater focus on ensuring that hosted events align closely with our mission to improve the quality of life for residents across the Texas Panhandle.
Our goal is to prioritize nonprofit and for-profit organizations whose work aligns with the Foundation’s mission and community impact efforts, while also providing opportunities for organizations that may not otherwise have access to meeting or event space.
We recognize and appreciate the meaningful work many churches, ministries, and community organizations provide throughout our region. However, not all organizations align directly with the Amarillo Area Foundation’s mission and scope of work. These policies have been implemented to help ensure fairness, operational efficiency, safety, and the best use of our shared community spaces.

Churches, ministries, and organizations with their own facility are not permitted to host events at the Amarillo Area Foundation.

All events must align with the mission and community-focused work of the Amarillo Area Foundation.

All organizations are required to utilize the assigned door code for entry into the facility. Individuals without the code will not be granted access by Foundation staff and must contact the event host directly for assistance.

Security is required for all events held after 5:00 PM.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Amarillo Area Foundation’s spaces can be used for a limited number of corporate events. We reserve the right of refusal. The rates for the room are listed below. These events are second priority to nonprofit community events. Use the form above to inquire about a corporate event.
